1. 1. Comparable Scope of Work – The competitor’s estimate of said product must match the exact specifications of Silent Blue Flooring product.
   2. Written and Verifiable – The competing estimate must be in writing, officially dated, and presented on company letterhead from a licensed and insured competitor.
   3. Current and Active – The estimate must be valid and issued within the past 30 days from a direct competitor serving the same geographic area.
   4. Exclusions – This offer does not apply to:
      • Verbal or non-itemized quotes.
      • Estimates from companies not properly licensed, bonded, or insured.
      • Promotions, clearance sales, liquidations, or discontinued products.
      • Offers that include rebates, financing incentives, or bundled pricing with additional services.
   5. Order and Payment Requirement – To qualify for this offer, the order must be placed, paid in full and picked up by April 30, 2025.
   6. Right to Review & Adjust – We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s estimate and adjust for differences in product quality, warranty coverage.
   7. Final Approval – All price adjustments are subject to management review and approval before confirmation. This promotion does not apply to any current orders that have already been placed or paid for. Only new orders made during the promotional period will qualify.
   8. Competitor Closeouts – This promotion does not apply to competitor closeout sales or clearance items.
